Senior Product Manager (maternity leave cover 14 months)
Role: Senior Product Manager (maternity leave cover 14 months)
Team | Reporting To: Head of Product
About us:
Formerly MyKindaFuture, Connectr is for businesses where people belong.
Connectr is an award-winning tech for good organisation with a mission to address the fundamental problem that many people, especially those from disadvantaged backgrounds, lack the support, skills, confidence and networks to secure fulfilling, long-term employment.
Our software levels the playing field for those looking to get in to work and succeed when they get there. Through digital learning content and direct access to employees at the company users are applying to, Connectr guarantees all applicants have the opportunity to have their questions answered, rather than just those lucky enough to have someone in their own network already.
After extensive product discovery work, we decided to develop a second application of Connectr that is focussed on in-depth mentoring relationships. Our mentoring software forges meaningful mentoring relationships between employees at companies across the world. Both of our products seek to build a strong sense of belonging between the employee and the employer, leading to career-defining benefits for both.
We are a rapidly growing organisation and our Product Development team in particular is in the process of scaling up. You would be joining the organisation at an exciting time and have the opportunity to be a leader today in the tech of tomorrow.
About the role:
We are looking for an ambitious Senior Product Manager with a track record of leading cross functional teams through the full product lifecycle. We will have 3 Product Squads, 1 for each for the different Connectr applications and 1 for the Client Experience/ SaaS element of the product. At Connectr, you would have the opportunity to galvanise our employee mentoring product and help it continue its journey to being a world leader in an untapped market. You would also get a chance to feed into our new and evolving SaaS experience and really make your mark on software that has high potential for growth.
